※Click "cc" on the lower right menu to choose English. 嗨朋友们，我是阿霞！这几天太阳起得早，菜园里的黄瓜也长得特别好，一早摘了满满一小筐，个个新鲜脆嫩，表面还带着细细的小刺。 天气这么热，就用黄瓜做两道清爽又开胃的夏日美食！猪肉先烧皮去腥，再加葱姜慢慢煮熟，放凉后切成薄片，和黄瓜片一起摆盘，浇上满满的蒜泥、复合酱油、辣椒油和花椒油，一盘香辣鲜爽的蒜泥白肉就做好了。 剩下的黄瓜切成细丝，再拌上一盆四川风味的凉面。面条根根分明，酸辣喷香，搭配蒜泥白肉一起吃，清爽解腻又管饱。太阳越大，吃这一口越舒服！ Hi, friends! I’m A Xia! The sun has been rising early these days, and the cucumbers in our garden are growing beautifully. I picked a small basket first thing in the morning. They were fresh, crisp, and still covered with tiny prickles. Since the weather is so hot, I used the cucumbers to make two refreshing and appetizing summer dishes! First, I singed the pork skin to remove the odor, then slowly boiled the pork with scallions and ginger. Once cooled, I sliced it thinly, arranged it with cucumber ribbons, and poured over plenty of pounded garlic, seasoned soy sauce, chili oil, and green Sichuan pepper oil. That’s how this fragrant, spicy sliced pork with garlic sauce came together! I shredded the remaining cucumbers and made a big bowl of Sichuan-style cold noodles. Every strand was nicely separated and coated in a tangy, spicy, fragrant sauce. Served with the sliced pork, it was refreshing, satisfying, and not greasy at all.
