Window and Door packaging machine for horizontal stretch hood wrapping

See how windows and doors are automatically packed with a RoRo StretchPack® packaging machine from Tentoma A/S. The solution provides fully automated, waterproof packaging with consistent quality and high repeatability. The infeed and outfeed conveyors are two-string conveyors with non-slip surfaces. Product dimensions are measured upon arrival at the infeed conveyor, enabling the machine to adapt the packaging process to each individual product. A specially designed pusher unit ensures smooth and reliable product handling, even for small and lightweight items. Packaging and sealing are combined in a single process. Four gripper arms stretch the film, the product is guided into the film hood, and the package is securely end-sealed for complete protection. As an option, the excess film can be cut off after end sealing.
