DragonOS FocalX Passive Radar Setup w/ SDRplay (RSPduo) part 1

Here's a quick and easy process to install a new passive radar application currently designed for the SDRplay RSPduo SDR. Passive radar is a fascinating technology that leverages existing signals, such as broadcast and communication signals, for radar purposes without emitting its own signal. Limitations and Future Plans: At this stage I'm unable to fully employ the passive radar due to the absence of directional antennas.
