U13 Football Trials | Assessing Strengths, Weaknesses and Potential⚽🏃‍♂️

What makes a player stand out during football trials? ⚽ Our U13 session brought current academy players together with aspiring players looking for an opportunity to join Nyayo Rising Stars. These competitive sessions allow coaches to assess technical skills, tactical understanding, positioning, decision-making and teamwork. They also help identify areas where a player needs improvement and the strengths that can be developed further. Effective talent identification is not just about finding the best performer on the day. It's about recognising potential, understanding individual abilities and finding opportunities to help players grow. 💙💛 At Nyayo Rising Stars, every assessment is an opportunity to discover and develop talent. #NyayoRisingStars #U13Football #FootballTrials #TalentIdentification #FootballDevelopment
