South Yorkshire Pathways to Work: Thomas' story

Thomas received support from Pathways to Work to help him overcome his personal barriers to work, gain confidence and support his mental wellbeing with physical exercise. Thomas believes that Pathways to Work helped him to "become the self he wanted to be."
