The trainees are performing the popular Mwazindika dance with renowned Taita Taveta songs. The Mwazindika dance and songs are applicable in Wadavida happy moment celebrations like weddings, celebrating a victory, happy harvest season, child birth, dowry pay ceremony, amongst other moments. 😊There is a myth that, this dance can only be performed by a member of the community. When the Mwazindika drums are played, they please and awaken the gods of Taita land. 😂 It's a unique dance just like Luo and Luhya drum dances.
