Our Father-An Intimate Prayer +++by TP Music

*Verse 1 — Our Father* Our Father, who art in heaven, Yet close to every child who calls Thy name, In every joy, in every hidden sorrow, Thy loving heart remains the same. Hallowed be Thy name forever, May every breath give glory unto Thee; Let my whole life become a prayer, A humble song of love eternally. *Verse 2 — Thy Kingdom Come* Thy kingdom come, O loving Father, Let peace and mercy reign within my heart. Where there is hatred, teach me to love; Where there is darkness, let Thy light impart. Thy will be done on earth as heaven, Teach me to trust when I cannot understand. Take all my plans and dreams into Thy keeping, And gently guide me by Thy loving hand. *Verse 3 — Our Daily Bread* Give us this day our daily bread, The bread of life that satisfies the soul; Give me the grace to trust each day, And let Thy love alone make me whole. When I am weary, be my shelter; When I am hungry, feed me with Thy grace. In every need, in every passing moment, Let me discover more of Thy embrace. *Verse 4 — Forgive Us* Forgive us, Father, our trespasses, The wounds we've caused by words and deeds. Wash every shadow from my spirit, And teach my heart to love as mercy pleads. As we forgive those who have hurt us, Release the chains of anger and regret. Make me a vessel of Thy tender mercy, And let me love those I cannot yet. *Final Chorus — Deliver Us* Lead us not into temptation, But deliver us from evil. When I am weak, be my strength; When I am lost, be my way. Hold me close beneath Thy mercy, Keep my heart faithful and true. Lead us not into temptation, But deliver us from evil. ----------- Into Thy hands I give my soul... My Father, I belong to You. *Amen… Amen…*
