Homemade Little Heart Biscuits | Palmier Cookies without pastry sheets

Today lets learn to make some super crunchy Little heart biscuits. This is also called as Palmier Cookies. ►Ingredients Butter - 100 gms Flour - 150 gms Sugar - 2 tbsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice - 1 tsp Water - 5 tbsp ►Method 1. Mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough. 2. Cover it and freeze for 10 minutes. 3. Roll it, sprinkle sugar, again roll it from both sides. 4. Freeze it again and cut. 5. Bake it in 200 degree celcius for 10 minutes.
