UNEXPECTED EXIT from VLORE (let us EXPLAIN)

We didn't want to leave so this is an unexpected exit from Vlore BUT sometimes that's just the way it works out: let us explain! We loved Vlore, but we didn't love our neighbours. Having loud and disruptive neighbours can really make or break were you stay especially long term. It's all not the best vibe to work in with me needing a quite space to do voice overs, edit and just let the creative juices flow and it just wasn't happening here, so we decided to move on.
