Dina, Essence Brewer is a Golgari (+1/+1) counters and sacrifice commander that lets you draw a card whenever you sacrifice a creature (once per turn) and then pay 2 + tap to sacrifice another creature, gain X life, and put X +1/+1 counters on a target creature (where X is its power).
