Backrooms: Threshold | The First Expedition (Demo Walkthrough)

This week, we're diving into another fascinating Backrooms game, and this one has something special to offer! Welcome to Backrooms: Threshold, an atmospheric exploration and investigation game currently available as a demo, with the full release planned for December 2026. What makes this game particularly interesting is its approach to exploring the Backrooms. Rather than simply finding an exit, you'll be investigating anomalies, gathering evidence, and documenting your discoveries through your very own found-footage recordings. There are also some intriguing mechanics planned for the full game, including a system for purchasing equipment to support your expeditions. And of course, as dedicated wanderers, creating our own found-footage tapes has always been a dream! 📹 Although the game is still in development and the demo has a few bugs and quirks, we're happy to look past these early imperfections. There is already plenty to explore, and we think the game shows some wonderful potential. We'll definitely be returning to Backrooms: Threshold on Game of Life when the full version is released!
