As a skeptic of AI, I was hesitant but quite interested in trying something like this to see what I could do. I wanted to make sure I created something that felt original, authentic and thought provoking. Additionally, the idea of a writing a song about my distain for tech giants and the oligarchy while using their own technology to make this video sounded hilarious to me. As I said, I’m a skeptic of generative AI, particularly in video, as I fear the misinformation it’s going to spread will be incredibly destructive for democracy. However, I have enough faith in the listeners of my music to believe you will not be tricked into thinking this video is real… ⚠️ This is not a call to violence. It’s a work of metaphor, anger, and dark humour — the only way I know how to channel my outrage at a system that rewards greed, lies, and unchecked wealth. If you love it, please share it. If you’re offended, hold your abuse and go watch something else. Greg x DISCLAIMER: This song is a work of artistic expression and political commentary. It uses metaphor, satire, and historical symbolism to critique wealth inequality and systemic abuse of power. It does NOT endorse or incite violence. Any violent imagery is figurative, not literal. Protest music is a protected and vital part of democracy. — 🎵 Credits: Written, produced, mixed, and mastered by Greg Holden Guitar, Mandolin, Bass & Vocals – Greg Holden Piano – Ben Alleman Drums – John O’Reilly Fiddle – Lillian Sawyer 📬 Stay connected: ► Sign up to my mailing list: http://gregholdenonline.com ► Join my Patreon community:   / gregholden   ► Buy my new album On A Lighter Note (vinyl, CD, or digital): gregholdenonline.com ► Follow on Instagram & Threads: @gregholden ► Stream my full back catalog wherever you listen to music
