Revolution Week 3: Jhango Roth faces off against Bryan Burton in a singles match. James has not said a word since his defeat last week to Hernando Fuego where he lost his Crowned National title and Bryan refuses to speak on his mentor’s behalf. Jhango sees James as “broken” and claims he’ll prove it by defeating Bryan and giving those speculating the answers they want about the former champion. --- Following the conclusion of the match, Jamyra sits at a table in a dimly lit room by herself with the Queen’s Crowned title beside her. A door opens and from behind Jamyra, Hernando emerges with the lighting and shadows making his ears almost look like horns as he looks down at Jamyra, who continues looking forward. Jamyra then slowly turns and sees Hernando. Their gazes meet for a moment until Jamyra turns back around and relaxes in her chair. “You’re uncharacteristically quiet tonight… That brat get to you?” Hernando asks as he smirks and then steps around Jamyra and sits across from her. “Or are we doubting ourselves?” He asks as he sets The Crowned National Championship on the table next to himself. Jamyra eyes it and then looks at Hernando and stares at him. “You find this amusing, don’t you? My discomfort.” Jamyra says as Hernando thinks for a moment and shakes his head. “Not in the way you think that I do. Situations like this… They make it mutually detrimental for two competing forces in the same entity to undermine the other. You have a Luna and Johanna problem while I… Have a growing Tarek problem that has necessitated me needing you as much as you need me.” Hernando says as Jamyra smirks. “Ah… How lucky… Or unlucky, depending on how close you were to putting a knife in my back.” Jamyra says as Hernando holds his hands up and laughs. “I’m humoring you, Jamyra. There was a time where I wanted you to lose. There was a time when I hated you and wanted nothing more than to see your ego crushed by its own weight. But now?” Hernando says as he taps his title. “I have something to lose, just like you. I’m more than I was before you asked me to join you. Cleona is too. Whatever schism there was between us before has been mostly mended. If nothing else, it’s far more beneficial to remain aligned than it is to split the loyalties of those who follow us. Especially because it’s a fact that we are the people to beat. We are the most dominant force in WWE. We need each other now more than ever.” Hernando says as Jamyra looks on at him and shrugs. “All we have is each other.” Jamyra says. “All we need is each other.” Hernando responds. “When you defeat Luna tonight, we will share in your joy. When you defeat Johanna at Helloween Havoc, we will share in your joy… If you lose? This familia will be here to back you and correct that.” Hernando says as he taps the table and then relaxes in his chair. “I have a feeling you’ll remember who stood with you when the time comes for you to return that show of loyalty. If you don’t… Well…” Hernando says as he looks at her for a moment and then gets his title and stands up to leave. He then stops as he spares one last look at Jamyra. “If nothing else, I suppose I do find this amusing in my own way. I get all the perks of leading and almost none of the responsibility. Leading from behind has a larger appeal than being the head of the table.” Hernando says as he walks off and Jamyra chuckles at this. Once he leaves, Jamyra eyes her title and then rotates her neck. “That’s a generous way of saying you couldn’t handle the pressure.” Jamyra says to herself as she closes her eyes and exhales a breath.
