"puthi - 2014" with animated lyrics (HD)

"Puthi - 2014" is a song based on Bengali "pu^thi" genre, ancient form of folklore music of Indian subcontinent and Bangladesh. Many religious and mythological manuscripts were written in this form including "Monosa Mongol","Mongol Kabya","Yousuf-Zolekha" etc. Nowadays, puthi is regarded as antique form of Sangskrit/Bengali literature like western "Epic poetry". It was a six months long project. Later, animations were made from scratch using various software including flash, particle animation, swish max etc. Please read lyrics from the video, listen this puthi gaan (arranged in desh raga) & let me know your feedback.
