Transmission burned out. How we rebuilt it ourselves. Boat upgrades to make it a liveaboard.

Just as we were starting out 1-month sailing circumnavigation of Lake Ontario our Transmission unexpectedly stopped working. With no mechanics available to work on the boat we had to get the parts and learn how to rebuild a transmission ourselves.
