Fortunately I filmed a bit more of the ring parades. We are now older and wiser so I film absolutely everything humanly possible (in my ability as a human with an iPhone). Because you never know when you are documenting the last ever event. The penultimate Lincoln steam fair 20th August 2022. Luckily I captured the late Ken Thompson’s last vintage/ classic car being driven around the ring by his grandson or grand daughter. Unfortunately the commentator gets the model wrong it’s obviously not an Austin 7. As far as I can tell it’s an Austin 10 (i.e 10 horsepower) rather than an Austin 8 because they have a curved radiator grille, the 10’s are flat fronted. It’s the maroon car running behind a 3 wheel “bubble car”.
