A first ever summit of the glorious 890m Catstye Cam on a sunny Bank Holiday weekend. With the crowds all heading to Helvellyn, I took the direct route up from Red Tarn and had the whole summit to myself, taking in the stunning 360 views from the summit, all the way across the Solway Firth into Scotland.
