NEW SEASON 19 MONOMA BUILD

Season 19 3rd anniversary of My Hero Ultra Rumble has released a pretty huge patch alongside some very questionable adjustments. One of them being basically giving everyone Rapid Dekus tracking on the air melee, which brings me to one of my main characters Monoma. He is now able to beta melee into beta rinse and repeat making him a top character this season, taking into the fact his beta already does alot of damage already by itself, I wanted to bring a build that will also help my allies as well as PU Intensified to get out of a sticky situation. #myheroultrarumble #ultrarumble #mha #mhur Streamed over at   / wolfenzakura
