The caves have small lakes, stalactites, stalagmites and stalagnates of various colors. Each cave has its own image. Locals believed that demonic forces must have been at work. When they saw the stalactite formations, people tended to think of magical, enchanting powers. Therefore, this place was called "Hell Grottoes Caves" The Höllgrotten are located in Lorzentobel in Baar, a municipality in the canton of Zug in Switzerland. If you come by car, there are free parking spots in front of the caves. In case you want to come with public transportation, you will have to take a bus to the closest bus stop and then walk for at least 30 to 40 minutes through a beautiful forest until you will reach the destination.
