Rose Mbithe’s Lawyers Led by Omari & Ombeta Withdraw From Representing Her In Dr. Mutiso Murder Case

A team of lawyers representing Politician Rose Mbithe and her two Children in the murder case of Dr. Mutiso has withdrawn from representing her. The legal team, led by prominent advocates Danstan Omari and Cliff Ombeta, Shadrack Wambui, Martina Swiga, Timothy Kilonzo and Sam Nyamberi reportedly made the decision to cease acting for Mbithe in the case. The development comes as Mbithe faces proceedings over the alleged murder of Dr. Mutiso.
