How to: DJI Phantom 2 - Binding to Futaba and complete programming guide

Giving it a shoot with a tutorial that explains how to bind and completely program your Futaba transmitter to the DJI Phantom 2 that has an integrated FASST receiver. Forgive me for some small mistakes in the language as I did the tutorial in one rush but everything shown is correct. Enjoy and leave comments if you should have questions. Note: Please remove all props in order to avoid serious injuries when executing any manipulations on your copter. Due to popular requests I have dumped the file for the Futaba in a zip Folder.
