Here we mostly look at trading with another one of my alts. You can do 1:8 ratio and build up fairly quickly your goods. Now, if you don't have an alt, you can message players near you (once you open the feature to message other players in the knowledge tree) and ask them to take your trades--explain you are just getting started.
