Dual clutch Replacement

In this video, i replace my first dual clutch assembly, the customer says he had no reverse sometimes, delayed engagements, harsh engagements and when scanned had code P2711(mechanical disengagement) There is also a TSB on this code. I purchased an updated dual clutch assembly from v/w, i also changed out the external filter and refilled new fluid. I show the special tools needed for this job. This transmission is called an 02E.
