I Built This So My Meetings Assign Their Own Tasks

The meeting goes well. Everyone agrees what needs to happen and who is doing it. Three days later you're chasing, and somebody says the sentence every business owner knows: who was supposed to do that? Businesses don't lose decisions inside meetings. They lose them afterwards. Somebody has to sit down after the call, read the notes, work out what was actually decided, turn each decision into a task, put a name against it and give it a date. That someone is usually you, and it happens after almost every meeting. In this video I open the scenario I built in Make.com and walk through how to skip that entirely. The build: Fireflies sits in the meeting and records. The moment it ends, a webhook fires. The scenario picks up the transcript ID, then an iterator walks through every sentence that was spoken and collates them into one block. That block goes to AI with instructions to pull out the decisions, the tasks, the owners and the deadlines. The result gets pushed straight into Asana, ClickUp, Monday, or whatever your team already uses. A Google Sheet works fine if you're starting out. If your team already has the meetings, the opportunity isn't fewer meetings. It's removing everything people do manually after them.
