The Cottage

This actually a small job I did for a friend of mine and he used to appriciate my professional and futuristic thinking. The purpose was to build a small structure to receive Water Supply and Electricity to the site. Since he approached me expecting something simple but unique, I made it a point for him to have a master plan in mind and place this structure that one day it could be a president for future endeavors. So I proposed the structure to be low cost but to accommodate a bedroom with a double bed and attached bathroom with small kitchenette. The Water Tank tower is place right above the toilet and climb up along with the jack tree so the maintenance of the tree and the water tank could be done with ease. On top of the toilet under the overhead tank is a slab terrace connected to the terrace slab over the garage. all are raw structures and the roof on the back is a single pitched roof covered with Zn Al Sheets. Floor slab is lifted above ground on pillars so this small accommodation will offer a unique cottage living experience in the neighborhood.
