GHO High Pointe - Vero Beach Florida -- One Year of Florida Growth

Our home was built summer of 2025 - and this is how our neighborhood has "evolved" over the past 12-months (including the surge of activity evident from May - July). For viewing purposes, I "sped up" the playback of the video 4x for the flights from July 2025-July 2026. The long "grand tour" flight of August is shown at standard video speeds. All elements (phases) of the High Pointe development can be observed, but construction in Phase 2 was the focus of each flight.
