School leaders spend countless hours completing activities designed to improve teaching and learning. But here's the question: Is all that activity actually making a difference in our classrooms? Drawing from my own experiences as a school principal, I challenge educators and leaders to think beyond completed checklists, full calendars, and impressive documentation.
