Briefing to explain and discuss Proposition NN "TABOR Revenue Cap Increase for K-12 Education Measure" and Amendment 87 "Colorado Establish Graduated Income Tax and Dedicate New Revenue to Education, Healthcare, and Childcare." Evie Hudak, former CO State Senator and member of the Colorado State Board of Education, and Joshua Mantell, Director of Government Relations for the Bell Policy Center are the speakers.
