SECOND PROCEEDING — Judge Robert McBurney vs Sovereign Citizen Ricky Dean Pierce Things take an even more unbelievable turn when sovereign citizen Ricky Dean Pierce appears before Judge Robert McBurney while facing extremely serious criminal charges. Pierce is accused of murder, felony murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault, and multiple firearm offenses connected to the alleged shooting death of Samuel Curtis Harris Jr. Despite facing the possibility of LIFE WITHOUT PAROLE, Ricky Dean Pierce insists that he cannot be represented by an attorney because he claims to be an American State National who is outside the court's jurisdiction. Judge McBurney patiently explains the dangers of self-representation and the consequences of defending himself against such serious charges.
