Hell Biker now has Hell Thrust, which is a single target medium strength physical attack, and he now also nullifies Force moves instead of draining them. His new passive, 'Speed Star', makes it so his attacks, including magic, gain 10% critical rate against targets that have a lower agility stat than him. Just like in vanilla Nocturne, Hell Biker has access to buff (Hell Exhaust) and debuff (Dekunda) expelling moves, so be ready to reapply those at any time. Furthermore, make sure that your team can cover physical, fire, and force weaknesses. Use any attack other than Fire, Force, Dark, and Curse as he's resistant to those.
