(Highly recommended !!!)This was my first book of Boogie music ! Among all the pieces in this book, my favorite was probably « Boogie N°1 ». Simple and short, I could play it over and over again starting improvising. That was so much fun ! The left hand pattern remains one of my favorite for playing Boogie. - - You will find this super piece very easily on the internet. Without success, for a long time, I’ve searched for a « Boogie N°2 » or other short pieces by Gerald Martin, this mysterious composer… I learned much later that Gerald Martin was Denes Agay`s pseudonym when he was composing or arranging Boogie or Blues, and that « Boogie N°2 » unfortunately didn’t exist. So, 40 years later, I’ve decided to compose a « Boogie N°2 » And now, after "Boogie N°3", « Boogie N°4 », here is "The Happy Boogie" - Boogie N°5 ! Have fun !
