#shamlicase #crimeagainstwomen #kishoreajwanipodcast #uttarpradeshnews #honorkilling #womensrights #religiousextremism #justiceforvictims #socialdebate #breakingnews धर्म के नाम पर झंडा उठाने वाले तब कहां चले जाते हैं जब महिलाओं को अपना सामान समझने की सोच को धर्म के नाम पर जायज़ ठहराया जाता है। दूसरे धर्म वालों से ही ख़तरा दिखाई देता है आपको? धर्म के अंदर जो जाहिल बैठे हैं उनके ख़िलाफ़ बोलने से आप धर्म के लीडर नहीं रह जाओगे? उत्तर प्रदेश के शामली जिले में जो हुआ, वो सुनकर किसी का भी कलेजा फट जाएगा। आरोप है कि एक पागल, वहशी फ़ारूक़ नाम के आदमी ने अपनी बीवी ताहिरा और दो मासूम बेटियों आफ़रीन और सहरीन को बता रहे हैं कि सिर्फ़ इसलिए मार डाला क्योंकि वो बुर्क़ा या नक़ाब के बिना बाहर चली जातीं थीं। इस बात पर अपनी बीवी को गोली मार दी। गोली की आवाज़ सुनकर बेटियाँ उठीं, तो उन्हें भी ख़त्म कर दिया। एक बेटी को गोली, दूसरी का गला घोंट दिया। फिर घर के आँगन में सात फ़ीट गड्ढा खोदकर तीनों शवों को दफ़ना दिया। ऊपर से आराम से रह रहा था, जैसे कुछ हुआ ही न हो। दस दिन बाद पुलिस को पता चला, तब क़बूल किया ये कारण बताते हुए कि बीवी बिना बुर्क़े के मायके गई थी, इज़्ज़त मिट्टी में मिल गई। इज़्ज़त का मतलब क्या? सामान समझते हो महिलाओं को सीधा ही बोल दो। और ये हिंदू मुस्लिम की बात नहीं है। ये व्यक्ति मुस्लिम है तो मुस्लिम ही बताया जाएगा। कोई इस्लाम के नाम पर ऐसा करेगा तो यही कहा जाएगा कि इस्लाम के नाम पर किया जा रहा है। सेक्युलरिज़म की आड़ में जाहिलपन को फ़्री पास देने पर इस तरह के बेग़ैरत वहशी बच निकलते हैं, इनको बच निकलने मत दीजिएओ। ये जाहिलपन इनको मर्दानगी लगता है। ये तालिबानी सोच है। अपनी औलाद को मार डालो क्योंकि वो तुम्हारी ग़ुलाम नहीं बनीं? बीवी-बेटियों को उनके कपड़ों की वजह से जान से मार दो और इनको जानवर भी ना बोलें? संविधान की दुहाई घर के बाहर ही देनी है? जो ये सोच ले कर बैठे हैं कि बुर्क़ा न पहनने से इज़्ज़त ख़त्म हो जाती है, उनको उसी संविधान में जो लोगों को अधिकार मिले हैं वो याद ना दिलाएं?
