Kagame Blasts the World Over DRC — Vows to Defend Rwanda "At Any Cost"

Speaking at a press conference in Kigali, Kagame rejected accusations that Rwanda started the conflict, blamed Kinshasa for arming and integrating FDLR fighters into its forces, and tore into the logic of Western sanctions: "Instead of sanctioning FDLR or those who work with them or support them, they sanction those who fight them."
