Today, I came out to see what we could do to get her home comfortable again. What started as an HVAC service call turned into quite the job. We found multiple issues along the way, including problems with the indoor system, two dead rats inside the blower assembly, a serious bug problem behind the thermostat, and eventually a failed condenser fan motor with an open winding. Instead of walking away, we kept digging.
