GEMS OF WAR New Boss Maelstorm Dago'Nath Teams and Strategy | 4 Amazing Teams

This video introduces the new Mythic boss troop, Maelstrom Dago'Nath, in Gems of War, highlighting its powerful ability to kill an enemy, create 12 random mana potion gems, and gain an extra turn (0:56). The troop is also invulnerable and has the aquatic trait, making it very strong (1:29). The video then showcases four different team compositions built around Maelstrom Dago'Nath: 1. Team 1 (0:52): Features two copies of Pharaoh Khafru for their "trap tomb" trait (exploding a random gem at the start of the turn), Triton for 50% mana start for all Merkfolks, and Maelstrom Dago'Nath. This team is effective for autoplay due to continuous loops (2:45). 2. Team 2 (3:42): Utilizes Obsidian Libram to explode all gems on the board after Maelstrom Dago'Nath creates potion gems (3:51). The Elementalist hero class is used for entangle and freeze abilities (4:09). Triton and Leprechaun are also included for fast mana generation (4:31). 3. Team 3 (6:10): Incorporates Hope's Crescent as a powerful weapon that eliminates armor and deals triple damage, often leading to one-shots (6:12). The Assassin hero class is used for its "assassinate" trait (7:04). Thrall is present as a mass mana generator to reset the board (7:37), and Bane of Mercy is used to give attack, convert gems, and curse enemies (8:20). 4. Team 4 (10:03): Places Maelstrom Dago'Nath in the first slot, followed by Zarg's Boom Pile for its extra turn capability and skull explosions (10:20). The Possessed King helps by exploding gems when matching four or more (10:34), and Triton provides mana start (11:08). This team is also noted for being excellent for autoplay and consistent looping (11:05).
