Starting at Rainham Ferry Lane Industrial Estate, we ride the brand-new SL12 Superloop through Elm Park, Romford, Newbury Park and Gants Hill. Then it's a quick switch to the 150 into Ilford, before picking up the SL2 through Barking and Gallions Reach. From there, we jump on the 129 past Beckton and London City Airport, and finally finish on the 473 via Prince Regent, Plaistow and into Stratford.
