Buchla Music Easel (2023) // Nap-time Studies 005 // René G. Boscio

Exploring a looping "performance" with my 2023 Buchla Music Easel (208c +. 218e v3) in a custom vintage-inspired case, featuring one of the musical themes from a TV series I recently scored called, The Watchful Eye. This is my first time trying this "live looping" kind of thing, so I felt like I had to pace myself. It's a bit of a slow burner and you can tell I'm super in my head trying to make sure things go well, but again, first time. :) I'm using the Electro-Harmonix 16 Second Digital Delay for looping. It makes it really easy to keep it all perfectly in time by clocking the arpeggiator on the 218e with it (or 208c's sequencer/pulser/etc.), and then just following the music.
