WorldsChat - A guided tour through Digital Ruins

WorldsChat is a virtual-reality-based chat program introduced in 1995 and still running today. Although most users have abandoned the platform, leaving behind their self-built virtual worlds, a small but dedicated community remains online. They build and restore worlds, hold trivia nights and guide interested visitors around. We took part in such a tour and want to share with you the very special atmosphere and sights we were shown.
