Link to defendant's previous stop in 2025:    • Man Tasered Through The Window After A Dep...   "I'm saying you're harassing me as an individual. Please stop." Flagler County deputies stop a U-Haul box truck for running a red light turning onto Cypress Point Parkway in Palm Coast. The driver slides into the passenger seat before deputies reach the vehicle. The front passenger, Jessica, tells the detective repeatedly that she is being harassed. He tells her why they keep coming back: 30 complaints at her house in three years, a trafficking amount of meth seized from the property days earlier, and a letter on the way from the city's legal department declaring the address a nuisance residence. "You haven't got me with anything," she says. "I haven't done anything, and you keep harassing me about it." Moments later a deputy spots a white rock on the seat — and a passenger tries to swallow it. A K9 free-air sniff leads to a search. Deputies recover burnt foil, straws, and needles. Two more people are found in the truck. A fifth person, filming from the parking lot, is arrested under Florida's Halo law after being warned to stay 25 feet back. In the back of the patrol car, Jessica tells the others the charge she expects: trafficking methamphetamine — because deputies weighed her mother's Adderall prescription while it was still in the bottle. Records show she also had four of the same pills loose in her purse. Flagler County Sheriff's Office · Palm Coast, Florida Obtained through a Florida public records request. No narration.
