I went fishing from a Japanese pier with an unusual bait — sea urchin. The target was a big fish hiding around the rocks. After the fight, I brought the fish home, cleaned it, and used almost every part of it. The bones were dried and grilled to make a rich broth, then the fish was lightly cooked and rolled into a Japanese egg dish — Tamagoyaki. From the ocean to the plate. No narration. No subtitles.
