Repetition isn’t something people usually associate with photography, but could walking the same route multiple times reveal more than just the obvious? That’s exactly what I set out to test in this experiment. I walked the same laneways in Melbourne three times on three different days, capturing over 1000 photos. My hypothesis? Repetition would help me notice details and take photos I would have missed on the first pass. But along the way, I discovered something unexpected—something that completely changed how I think about revisiting familiar places. This video is part of my ongoing exploration of photography experiments.
