Delhi Court has granted three weeks’ interim bail to Swatantra Bhardwaj in an alleged assault case involving the father of a teenage Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) activist during a Jantar Mantar protest. The order was passed by the Patiala House Courts on 15 September 2026.
The court also flagged gaps in the Delhi Police investigation and imposed strict conditions, including restrictions on discussing or posting about the case on social media.
