Who Am I Becoming While I'm Building All of This?

What happens when you're building something impressive but losing sight of who you're becoming in the process? In this episode, Preston Poore and David Ashcraft explore the tension between outcomes and identity, and why success means little if your character isn't growing alongside it. They discuss how adversity, humility, and surrender shape leaders, and why who you are matters more than what you accomplish. From David's journey of leading a church from 150 people to 22,000 to Preston's struggle with writing How Is Greater Than What, this conversation challenges leaders to examine their motives, embrace authenticity, and focus on who they're becoming rather than simply what they're building.
