Union Croft Chapel, Queensbury, Bradford

A wander around the chapelyard of Croft Union Chapel, which lies in the village of Queensbury south of Bradford, West Yorkshire. Located on Halifax Road, the chapel dates to 1842 but the site has reportedly been used as a burial ground since 1800, presumably for non-conformist residents of the parish. On the way round I mention a 'modern' extension - this apparently dates to 1925. It's certainly not new. The village lies within the South Pennine Moors Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).
