You promised.” We know this is TRUE about YOU, Jesus. We went into 2020 with so much self-sufficiency and plans of our own. Only You, God, know the future and how to walk us through it like a Good Shepherd would with the sheep of His pasture. As we look ahead to 2021, will You take us by the hand, pick us up to our feet, and lead us out with you? We have no agenda’s of our own any longer. We have been divorced from them. Our sole aim now is to do good; what You require of us; to do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with our God. You are God and we are not. “You’re merciful and kind; faithful, good and wise. Oh, our Father, be exalted! Our lives are Yours to keep. Our hearts are Yours to seek! Oh, Father, be exalted!” You will be You. You Promised.
