If you asked me a couple of days ago whether the Insidious franchise has run its due course, I would probably say yes. It might have been a popular horror franchise over the last fifteen years, but I guess there comes a time when the same formula feels dragged and the fans just give up on the franchise. Well, for me, the Insidious movies were getting dangerously close to stagnation, and I had seen enough of the Lambert family story being stretched out. But, I stand corrected after watching the new entry, Insidious: Out of the Further.
