The plaintiff rented an apartment to the defendant who he thought was a nice girl, but he claims she turned out to be a party girl and pothead. He is suing for property damage and rent. The defendant says the apartment was infested with rats and roaches, and he constantly harassed her about her whereabouts. She is countersuing for the return of rent and partial security deposit.
