Great Belize Cooking - Episode 4: Cayo (Tamales & Maja Blanca)

Great Belize Cooking is the newest show produced by Great Belize Television - Channel 5. It is a travelling showcase of the different cultural foods and ingredients used within communities throughout the country of Belize. Host & chef, Sean Kuylen, takes viewers on this culinary journey, and even creates gourmet recipes using the traditional ingredients in non-traditional ways. Season 1 will feature 6 episodes. Each episode is shot on location in each of the six districts of Belize, and features food that is popular in that geographic location.
