PiStorm: Frame Thrower

We now have a solution for the 2 video outputs you get from an amiga accelertor, that also has RTG. One analogue output from the Amiga's chipset and one (typically HDMI for the modern boards) from the RTG card. The frame thrower gives us just 1 HDMI output the carries both outputs.
