Entering Inclined Air Track Data into MS Excel

A brief video that teaches the very basics of entering data into Microsoft Excel. This is specifically made for a physics class analyzing the motion of a glider on an inclined frictionless track. The video this is based on was shot at 30 frames per second. The video teaches how to use formulas to make spreadsheet columns for time, position, time squared, displacement, time interval, velocity, middle time, and middle position. A meter stick is used for scale in the air track videos. This video calls the unit of measurement on the computer screen "tv centimeters." A conversion factor is then used to change the measurement to real centimeters. In future videos, I show how to graph this data using either Google Sheets or Vernier Graphical Analysis.
